For economies with advanced digital infrastructure, compute, research ecosystems, and capital, this opens unprecedented productivity gains. For developing economies, the implications are more profound.

Without deliberate investment in digital infrastructure, AI readiness, skills, innovation ecosystems, energy systems, and enabling policy, nations risk becoming passive consumers in a global economy increasingly shaped by autonomous technologies.
